地點很好，解放路580號。酒店前臺很專業，客房系統辨識了會員身份後隨即升級到海景房。硬件也是智選壹貫的簡潔風格。樓下就有公交站臺，2路車去第壹市場坐公交車只要4站，去大東海也不過8站。向西走團結街上有市區最大的旺豪超市，沿途還有很多小吃店，鄭阿婆清補涼味道就不錯。唯壹的缺點就是門前的停車場很小，自駕停車需要找車位。
