The Sheraton Hotel is not the one you expect when you book a room at the Sheraton. The hotel is old, shabby, old furniture, holes in the floor, broken doors, stains on the curtains, old smell. On the plus side are friendly staff and cool breakfasts. Be vigilant when staying at this hotel, as I have $1,000 worth of jewelry missing ((((

At check-in they took a deposit, which they promised to return on the day of check-out. A year has passed since our trip in JULY 2024. We never saw the deposit. Feeding that the room rate was reduced by this fee, but I had two card charges. To reach him, you'll go 300 circles of hell. Wrote off through the Moscow office, which she found miraculously on the Sheraton website. The Chinese "fed" the fact that the hotel has gone for the winter period and there is no one there, now no one answers this mail. No help with the payment problem. She asked me to send the room and fee to find the amount on the card, since I have rubles in the debits and no transaction time. Perhaps the problem is international translation and time difference and because of that time no. For the price we paid for this room (were on a wedding trip) it definitely doesn't cost. It's also shocking that Marriott, who owns the Sheratons and a bunch of other hotels, is doing such bad business. Plus, it's not the first time they've found out. It's disgusting! I'll go around these hotels as a matter of principle because of the disgusting attitude towards people and without trying to help normally

The experience at Sheraton Beidaihe was very satisfying and as a Marriott Titanium member, very thoughtful. Special thanks to the front desk staff Sisi, the check-in and check-out process was very efficient and professional, offered to check out late, and also sweetly upgraded me to the penthouse executive suite, the room was great, with direct views of the sea, and a small terrace, especially comfortable to sit in the sun for a while. The service and professionalism of the staff completely beat that of the nearby Marriott Resort. Breakfast is varied and of excellent quality. In particular, I'd like to praise breakfast and Happy Hour's ready-fried hot food, which not only tastes good, but is also very well served and very satisfying. The overall service is meticulous and attentive, a pleasant holiday experience and highly recommended!
