The service is awesome and Kelly helped to check in who has done a great job. She helped to arranged the room and advised some information. The staff I met were very helpful and try to give their best support. However, the facility and the internet connection quality is truly poor, it took me more time to get the connection and the connection was broken /disconnected all the time. The facility of the room was very out of date, and there is no fridge. The location is good and it’s quite convenient to get the restaurant and cafe. Would recommend the operator of the hotel can renovate the hotel.

Hotel’s location is perfect for work and leisure. There’s a big Wanda Mall beside the hotel for all your coffee and meal needs. Special shout out to Ms Lilian Li for her excellent service attitude. She treated me well from the moment checked in, and up until I checked out.
