Jinjiang Inn Wuhan Hanjiang Road Metro Station Jiangtan Pedestrian Street

I stayed from 20/10/2012 to 23/10/2012, overall service is good and the location is superb. Frontdesk personnel are approachable, could be better if more proactive. The major set back is no WIFi in the room which caused lots of inconvenience. Hopefully it will be available on my next visit. I met a friendly and helpful front desk assistant on 22/10/2012 late evening, unfortunately I forgot to write down her name.She offered WIFi adapter that could solved the WiFi in the room and explained patiently that the management is looking into the issue seriously when i feedback to her the WiFi issue.Her proactive attitude and good manner are definitely a valuable asset to Jinjiang. I will definitely make a return to Jinjang chain when I visit to China again.

The quality of the hotel, breakfast and staff was an excellent value and exemptlified the quality of the mediam price range Chinese Hotels which allows a travel to feel the modern Chinese culture instead of looking at it. Very basic english spoken.
