Good for Short stay business trip when at Luoyang! Agree the MGM KTV is going to affect the noise sensitive guests! But the price is good... and locals use this place allot! Watch out for Nanchang Road.. it's now a Car Population Control Road... (Same as Beijing) So if you are making any arrangements for pick-up use the side road (Zhoushan Road)...

Located right next to a huge KTV, this hotel is definitely not a good idea for a relaxing stay. It looks (and pretty sure it is) a love hotel where people go for a 5 to 7 date . The mattress on the bed was pretty hard and the staff didnt even clean the puke on one of the carpet in the bedroom of our friend.
