Sofitel Zhengzhou

Pros: * Good service, English speaking front desk * Free upgrade as hotel was booked out * Very big room with walk in wardrobe Cons: * Works being carried out so couldn’t open window * Not convenient for getting public transport to Erqi square , 19 min walk to metro * Dated, marks and stains from wear and tear (see pictures) * Tv in bathroom didn’t work * Light switch for ceiling lights in bathroom and room didn't work, needed to ask for an additional lamp as it was so dark in the room * Room smelt like a smoking room * Not sure if the air-conditioning was working. I had it set as 16 degrees but it continued to say 25 degrees. Fortunately, I could open the window.

Sofitel Zhengzhou has a long history, but undiminished French style, meticulous service, especially the FO team, as well as FNB Western Restaurant, special thanks to the Western Restaurant Bryce Wang manager for his help and care during the stay, I hope the group for encouragement, thank you.

The hotel is very good, the heating is good, the breakfast is good, the Executive Lounge is good, and some information was printed using a computer. Hotel service is also very good, turndown service is also good, contact the front desk if you have a problem also solved. It was a great experience.
