Very little frequented by European or American tourists. Mostly businessmen. Exceptional breakfast buffet and evening buffet. Very well placed. Staff on point. Nice pool.

This is our first time staying at a local five-star hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by this local establishment. The staff at Wanda Vista demonstrated a remarkable attitude, smiley and helpful from the moment we entered the hotel. Mark, who was super friendly and helpful, greeted us at the cafe entrance. He made us feel right at home and even gave us some great tips on where to eat and shop. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, and the latex pillows we requested were super comfy too. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the city, go sightseeing, and access public transportation. We would highly recommend this hotel to others. Good job, guys!

This is a really excellent hotel ! I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is great and within easy reach of all main sites and the underground system. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I had dinner twice in the Chinese restaurant on 5th floor and both times this was excellent. However, the greatest asset of this hotel is definitely its staff. All staff members are all really efficient with a great attitude and also a nice smile. From the moment I entered until I left, it was right through an excellent experience with all the staff I came across, be it in reception, housekeeping, restaurant or concierge. I have to especially mention Jack, who I believe is the Head Concierge. I asked him how can I buy tickets for the river night cruise, and he arranged everything for me. He called the boat cruise company, bought the tickets for me, sent me the QR code, sent me very detailed on how to arrive at the pier, and sent me messages later in the evening to see whether I had arrived and whether I took the boat. He also gave me his contact details and asked me to call him if I encounter any issues or need any translations. This service attitude of this person is unbelievable and I really want to thank him for all his great support. I really recommend this hotel to whoever visits Changsha.
