The Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Furongguo Changsha Hotel is truly amazing and, in my opinion, deserved the 5-star rating. It is conveniently located within the city and easy access to some of the boutique shopping malls and eateries. Though the entrance frontage is not very impressive, nevertheless the lobby looks grand and inspiring with a cafe within the lobby area offering excellent pastries and beverages (choice of coffee & tea). The restaurants (Chinese & Western) with its cozy decor are located on the upper floor. The menu offers a wide range of fusion food options. The room is very nicely furnished and indeed comfortable especially the bed setting. The bathroom area is also very well designed with all the essential amenities for the guest. The entire surrounding room provide a pleasant and romantic feeling with its warm lighting and wall colors/paintings. The services at the reception, housekeeping, restaurants & cafe deserve the recognition of a well-managed hotel. The staff are well trained being very polite and customer oriented which makes you feel so welcome. If there is another opportunity to visit Changsha again, it's our desire to stay in this hotel again. I strongly recommend experiencing a stay in this hotel.

I was on a business trip to Changsha for a week. I must say stay and the service was very awesome. The staff members were very kind and very supportive. I am delighted with the world-class hospitality. Thank you very much.

The hotel room is quite spacious but quite dark in terms of lighting. The food range at breakfast is quite diverse but not that delicious. The hotel check-in experience is quite quick. However, the hotel does not have an ATM.
