We feel very patient and meticulous service in the hotel, every link is great, rooms are spotless and neat, breakfast is very rich, staff sincere and warm, Xianggong dining service is very good, can positively meet our needs, we do feel at home comfort in this hotel, which reflects the excellent management level of the hotel, thank you for bringing us a wonderful experience, bring joy to our trip!

HANAKOTO

This hotel is becoming a regular place to stay, especially when you are on a business trip. Some rooms on the upper floors have a bidet, although the price will increase. The breakfast buffet at the second floor restaurant continued to be plentiful, with salads and yogurt from Inner Mongolia for those who wanted to lighten up. In the lounge on the upper floor, you can have snacks from 17:30 to 19:00, I think it is convenient when eating out is troublesome.

The Shangri-La Hotel in Huhhot, Inner Mongolia, China, is one of the most beautiful hotels in the city. This is my second visit. It's centrally located, close to many international shopping malls. Behind the hotel is a sports stadium and a park for picnics. There are also some small restaurants nearby. The hotel is very safe and clean. I loved the clean rooms and beautiful decor. The breakfast restaurant is spacious and offers a wide variety of international and Mongolian Chinese food. The service is excellent. I thank the wonderful general manager for managing this beautiful hotel, and I also thank Ms. Carrie Guo, who speaks excellent English and helped us by explaining the city's tourist attractions. It's a peaceful place, and Ms. Daisy is also very helpful. They are all truly wonderful. I stayed in the lounge on the 21st floor, and it was amazing. The hospitality and service were superb, and they provided anything you could need. I thank all the staff in the lounge; they all have a knack for hospitality. I thank all the staff for their warm welcome and service, and I thank the people of Huhhot for welcoming me to their beautiful city.
