SWISSOTEL (EXECUTIVE)

David Very much saved my trip and assisted me with flight booking troubles! Without him I would not have made it to my business trip destination

Great stay at your hotel. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are so friendly. I will for sure come back 😊 The food for breakfast is very good with a big selection of Chinese food. Love the possibility to chose Chinese food and also your egg station.

I received a great deal of help during my stay here. When I checked in, Sia received me. Since it was my first time staying at this hotel, she introduced the hotel facilities to me in detail, and I felt extremely warm and welcomed. During my stay, I wasn't feeling well. Sia and Glen told me which medicine to take, and it worked really well. They took special care of me, and I was truly touched. I received a lot of help during my stay here. When I come to Kunshan again, I will still choose Paradox.
