GreenTree Inn Nanjing Yudaojie Hotel

For 23 USD I guess you cannot expect much but this was pretty bad. Loud, dirty, moldy etc. The walls and ceiling had some bad water damage. At least the bed was okay. Dirty floor...not bad wifi. Just a quick and cheap place to crash but would love elsewhere in the future.

I booked this hotel because i had good experience with other Green Tree Chain hotels but i was little disappointed with this 1. Room was basic. Bathroom was not bad. Bed was clean but view from window was very dirty. Staff was good and helpful, near to subway(15 Min Walk) Easily accessible to Buses and Taxi.You can find many food joints near by. So not a bad choice for 1 or 2 day stay.

I don't know if i was in the same hotel as some reviewers. I was on th sixth floor in the back of the hotel. The corridor smelt, the carpet were filthy and for the first time ever i used the paper slippers as i didn"t want to touch the floor. I had the Chinese army ( i assume it was a barracks) screaming in the morning and evenings, and a bus load of visitors on the first night hooping and hollering. For $28 per night i guess i shouldn"t have expected much. The only real plus - reception staff were lovely. Thankfully they have more English than i have Chinese.
