Very disappointed. Staff members not welcoming or helpful. Lack of policy and procedure. We booked a room, and they gave it away to someone else because we didn’t check in before 2pm. On another occasion, they were rude about not accepting of a photo copy of passport.

Very comfortable, clean hotel. Not in the center of Nanjing, but in a green area. The room was very spacy, bathroom is big too. Wi-fi is OK. Stuff team is very friendly. Elevators are fast. Sound isolation is very good.

Rooms were fine, but nothing special. Not really particularly close to any attraction. The other amenities of the hotel were really average. Couldn't manage to find a meal in the hotel on a Saturday night (everything was setup for group events), and no-one seemed to have enough English to direct me to a nearby restaurant. I realise that it's China, but passable English from at least someone is meant to be an expectation in nominal 4-star and above in China. I'm sure the hotel is passable for some purposes, but I won't be returning.
