Shangri-La

Stayed at several Shangri-La hotels in the country and abroad every year, this stay was one of the worst experiences. The age of the hotel does not justify poor service, although the hardware is aging, but many hotels elsewhere in Shangri-La are still warm, but this hotel has done very poorly. It was booked as a non-smoking room, but the hotel gave it a smoking room and when you entered the room you smelled of smoke. After negotiating with the front desk, the front desk also indicated that this floor of mine was smoke-free. So what about the ashtray on the table? Not to mention Suzhou has long banned indoor smoking, so is the hotel playing a scrimmage? After the negotiations, the receptionist offered to let my aunt ventilate and I refused. The solution was to change rooms and fall below the previously scheduled standard. Also, the hotel meals, especially at the luxury loft, were very poor and the waiter was completely expressionless and would only ask you for a room card to register your room number. The hotel's meal and service standards may match his weekday price of five or six hundred, but they don't match the holiday price of more than a thousand and are not recommended at all.

Shangri-La's service is as steady and thoughtful as ever, check-in is efficient and smooth, and khalil is gentle and courteous. The room was spacious and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the soundproofing was good, the night was good to sleep. The bathroom is clean, well equipped and the details are in place. Breakfast options are plentiful and taste online. The overall environment is elegant and atmospheric, quiet, whether for business or travel is appropriate, the old five-star quality online, recommended.
