Great stay at your hotel. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are so friendly. I will for sure come back 😊 The food for breakfast is very good with a big selection of Chinese food. Love the possibility to chose Chinese food and also your egg station.

Since it was my first time staying at this hotel, she introduced the hotel facilities to me in detail, and I felt extremely warm and welcomed. During my stay, I wasn't feeling well. Sia and Glen told me which medicine to take, and it worked really well. They took special care of me, and I was truly touched. I received a lot of help during my stay here. When I come to Kunshan again, I will still choose Paradox.
