Intercontinental

English is limited but the staff here are great - the front desk (other than one person who checked us in and was not too welcoming), the men who helped bring up our bags to the room and the maid were all friendly and provided 5 star service. The manager Genthal was also very responsive. However, this hotel is old and is in disrepair- from the room to the gym, it is NOT 5 star. Maybe it was nice 30 years ago...but for Intercontinental IHG hotel standards, it was a complete dump. The bed was comfy and shower was good but plenty of mold. I would not stay here again. We were happy to check out.

Old and dated. In need of refreshment. Our room was weirdly designed for a large room and had mold stains and peeling paint. Outside is kinda dirty with construction and no greenery.

This a modern luxury 5 star hotel in center of Wuxi. Room is big and the beds are soft and comfortable. Everything are up to standard except the cold service in the frontdesk, I think they should have more training.
