Shangri-La Changzhou

It was second stay in here, and Renee was so much hospitalized for me and my family. She was very nice and pass all the useful information to me. It very much improved my experience in Shangerila Changzhou. Thanks!

客房叶红美热心又麻利！看见我们两个人就多给我们两瓶水, 看我们爱喝咖啡就多给我们咖啡包。housekeeper Helen Ye was very attentive. She was quick and good with her job. She offered us extra bottle of water without us asking. Great service. Breakfast buffet was a bit lackluster. Too much pork.

The breakfast and bedroom is unbeatable. The staffs are very kind and can speak english. The breakfast includes Western, Chinese, Japanese, and even Korean. This hotel provide a health club and spa. The bed room is nice and clean, but does not provide USB power outlet. There is a small and cute lake beside the hotel that guests can take a walk. 조식과 침실은 훌륭합니다. 호텔 직원은 친절하고 영어도 가능합니다 조식은 양식 중식 일식과 한식도 있습니다. 침실은 깨끗하지만 usb 전원 단자 없군요. 충전할 때 불편합니다
