Nanchang Grand Sky Hotel

This hotel offers almost everything you might expect: We enjoyed our spacious room, the view from an upper floor is excellent, either onto the River Gan or to the new city's high rises. You're being provided with bottled water every day, the room service is absolutely careful. The elevator fast. The outdoor pool was closed in November. Breakfast is sufficient, but you have to be there in time. Dinner was excellent but high in price.

Good hotel option in Nanchang. Rooms clean and bright. I would stay again. The only negative I would say is that after 2 weeks in China, I was excited to hear it has a western resturant with a buffet. The only thing western about it was it had a buffet. Basically all Chinese food.

I stayed at the Grand Skylight for one night--arrived late and left early. I only really had time to check out the room and breakfast. Despite the brevity, my stay was excellent. The hotel is located near a bridge and overlooks the Yangtze River. Although I didn't use them, there were bicycles for use by guests to ride along the banks of the river. The room was very comfortable. It was large and well furnished. The bed allowed for an excellent night of sleep. Shower and all fixtures worked well. The breakfast was fairly standard for upscale Chinese breakfast buffets: lots of choices and high quality food. Coffee was good. The wi fi worked well and was included in the room rate
