Overall, the Westin Changbaishan has that genuine feeling of luxury and comfort you expect from the brand, and it lived up to the high standards I have experienced at other Westin hotels in Milan, Atlanta and Cape Town. As a Western European guest, I found the whole experience very welcoming and easy. The cool summer temperatures were perfect, and there is plenty to do nearby, with the summer gondola, lake activities and an excellent water park providing particularly good fun for children. The lounge team looked after me and my family exceptionally well over four days and made us feel very welcome. The lounge itself is excellent, with a great selection of fresh fruit, desserts, food, wine and quality beer. The staff could not have been nicer, with guest manager Lucia Du taking wonderful care of us each evening, supported brilliantly by Cindy and the rest of her team. Their warmth and attention made our stay particularly special. Congratulations to GM Billy and senior manager Tim Lv on creating such a wonderful five-star hotel experience. It is clear that great care has gone into creating a hotel where both the facilities and, equally importantly, the staff make guests feel genuinely welcome.

At a five-star hotel in the Wanda Park in Changbai Mountain, the overall architecture resembles a Swiss chalet with a strong ski appetite, but in the off-season, it's slightly old without snow cover. He was in a bad place in the park, not as good as Wanda Jinhua, that seemed to be C, the service was good, there was no lighter at night, the waiter sent one.

Stayed there during summer for a couple of days and wouldn’t select it again. Overall different expectation from Westin brand when used to overseas standards. English language hardly present, the bar in the lobby doesn’t really offer anything and breakfast quality is below average. Rather disappointed. We had the suite and the room was good and well maintained. No complaints here. Also the hotel was clean. Housekeeping and maintenance are doing good jobs.
