Many of the recent reviews are accurate. The hotel is acceptable, but it's seen better days and is need of refurbishment. Level of cleanliness is not especially high, with dusty surfaces and hair and food refuse on the carpet. Wifi signal is strong enough but drops out frequently. Gym equipment is dated and felt unreliable in use. When I booked, room description noted the inclusion of a window. It wasn't until I checked-in that I discovered the deception: these were clerestory windows, set up near the roof line to let in light and air and not for viewing. Very quiet and good sleep. Had little interaction with staff apart from check-in/check-out, but they were friendly and helpful. Decent location with plenty of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Convenient access to airport via one subway line. Might stay here again, but likely to look elsewhere.

Pros: -- Spacious, it's set up like an apartment -- Relatively affordable. -- Good location, next to a lot of other businesses and amenities Cons: -- Styled like an apartment but doesn't include key hardware, e.g. coat hangers -- Furnishings are not impressive to say the least, old cupboards and dusty couches -- Despite being on 23rd floor, air conditioner wasn't strong enough, so I became mosquito food in my sleep.

The two bedrooms apartment was very spacious and comfortable and met all our needs. It had separate dining and living areas with sofas and a writing table. There is even a kitchenette with serving counter/table. There was fridge, microwave, stove, all cooking & eating utensils and even a washing machine! Its central location also made travelling, sightseeing and shopping easy and convenient and there were many F&B outlets and convenience stores all around. The service apartment staff, from counter to restaurant and especially the guys manning the entrance, were friendly, polite and helpful. Overall really value for money even though breakfast variety was quite limited. NOTE: The Hotel is now known as Asia Pacific Service Apartment
