I stayed here for a week on a business trip and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
The hotel is well-designed and clean. Although the hallways were a bit drab, the lobby and the rooms are excellent. The rooms are very modern, and well appointed. Cozy bed, and the bathroom was quite nice. I could relax here.
The breakfasts were great - good combination of Western and Chinese food. The only downside is that the breakfast space is a bit crowded and noisy. The kitchen did not have any good vegetarian options, which while standard for China, is a drawback for international travelers like myself. Also, the hotel could use more English speaking staff - there appeared to be only one staff member on the day shifts that could converse in English.
The location is excellent - centrally located in Dalian. I could walk around the area safely at night, and found that I could get to most anywhere I'd like to go quite easily from the hotel. I could flag a taxi quickly, while hotel staff could also grab one for me in about five minutes and converse with the driver when needed.
I'm sure there is plenty I am missing here, but overall its a great hotel. I would defo stay here again on my next visit to Dalian.
