Dalian Shangri-La is near my middle school and high school. Before it opened, I often went for a walk near her after studying. It has been almost 30 years now. Because of my work, I have stayed in many five-star hotels and entertained many guests in Dalian. Dalian Shangri-La can be described as the best luxury hotel with very good value for money considering its location, service and dining.

We had a very pleasant stay at Shangri-La Dalian during our recent trip. The location is excellent, with convenient access to transportation and many attractions nearby. The hotel is well maintained, and the room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. What stood out most was the exceptional service from Lobby Manager Jennifer Ning. She was warm, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Her attentiveness and willingness to help made a real difference and left a lasting impression on us. Thank you to Jennifer and the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Dalian.

For the first time in Dalian, I still chose Shangri-La Hotel, which I trusted most. When checking in Yilia was warm and thoughtful, introducing me to different views of the room and reminding me of breakfast time. The details were especially well done and instantly made people feel much less tired on their journey. Greetings every day during my stay, any questions for her, responses were timely and attitude was good, especially when I felt the room was a little hot, she gave me several solutions first time and finally solved the problem smoothly. I will also be asked if I am dry and not comfortable and arrange a humidifier. The hotel is excellent location, convenient travel, clean and tidy rooms, comfortable beds, rich and sophisticated breakfast, thoughtful from check-in to check-out. As a member of Shangri-La, I would still prefer this place next time and thank you Yilla for taking care of her!
