I stayed here for one night only. The hotel location is very convinient. You can walk to the Yalu River broken Bridge and It is easy to get Taxy. I choose the room with window, although the view is bad at least I've got fresh air. Because my room had bad smell and the floor is a little bit dirty. They provide drinking cup, but the dusty one. The staff is very helpfull for us who speak a little chinese. The will write us in a paper to tell the taxy driver where we want to go. And we can do early check in without hassle. If you're looking for Halal restaurant, there is one near the hotel. The Address is in 2 qing jie. Just ask the hotel staff for "Qing Zhen Fan Guan", they will write Hanzi for the Taxy driver. If you took Taxy is only 5 yuan.

Stayed here for 2 nights while exploring Dandong. This hotel is in a good location on the main street, not far from the river front or the broken bridge, all walk able! The rooms are big and comfortable, although they are a little damp. Towels provided by the hotel smelt really bad, so I didn't use them. My room was without a window and was very cold even without the air conditioning on. Window rooms tend to be warmer. Because I was here in August I liked it being cold. The staff at this hotel are a little rude and we had some delays checking in and out, perhaps because we don't speak any Chinese and the receptionist don't speak any English. Would I stay here again? Probably not, but I think this is the cheapest hotel in Dandong and is not bad considering what you pay for.

Despite the location and the lack of facade and big lobby areas, this no frills hotel offers very clean rooms, clean sheets, bathrooms with wall showers that have sufficient water pressure and individual heater and a wall mounted airconditioner in the rooms. The service staff from security to room attendants to receptionist/cashier were very friendly and obliging to various requests like hair dryers for the room, tourist information and so on.
