Eletel Hotel

The location is really good, on the north side of the middle street. The hotel is just opposite to the Middle street metro station exit A. Don't worry about the noise too much, it will be totally quiet after 22:00. The views from the top floors (17-19) are beautiful. You can see the Shenyang Imperial Palace(15 minutes' walk). 5 or 6 stops to Shenyang railway station and Shenyang North railway station by metro. 15 minutes walk to Shenyang Imperial Palace and Commander Zhang's Mansion. I traveled on Oct 20. With CNY199, I got a huge room with huge bed (breakfast includes,7-9, not very tasty but it is ok).

The hotel is very old... U can see the wallpaper going to remove and all the furnitures are very old. However, general cleanliness not so bad. I stayed in deluxe room n standard room for few days.. I felt that the standard room (no window) better than the deluxe one

Perfect location, on zhongjie, the big high street shopping avenue in Shenyang (not luxury shops but modern Asian brands Big Chinese-style run hotel, decently managed although rooms lack of any originality or anything special. Staff speaks English, although not necessarily very comfortable with it. Slight touch of renovation would be greatly beneficial to make the rooms looking fresher/ more modern. Beware with beds: as often in northern China, beds are very hard. Very good value for money
