Holiday Inn City Centre

NEVER stay here If you are a cash person.i wanted to pay by cash but they want it one for one!I am staying for 2weeks mind you!deposit totally ridiculous I try to reason but they gave me the dont stay if you can't afford look.worst staffs ever seen and all not welcoming at all.hope holiday inn do something b4 it's image gets tarnished by this place.i always chose holiday inn when I go overseas but this time is the worst I ever experienced.i walked out and went other hotel but this experience certainly deserve a negative review

OK there is no mini bar, no one to carry your bags to the room, you have to take your laundry down to reception etc etc. That's what makes it 'Express'. However in terms of room size and comfort, full marks. Bright and spacious. I liked it! Breakfast very Asian with only sliced white bread on offer if you like carbs.

Booked here for a 7 night stay that lasted only 3 hours. This hotel is very tired not what you would expect from holiday inn. We arrived to our basic worn out room to find that the AC was not working. We phoned reception who sent a Maintance guy who said he had fixed it so we went out to dinner with friends. When we returned from dinner we found the AC still not working. The problem with the AC coupled with the old tatty room lead us to tell reception that we wanted to cancel our booking. So at 10pm we where left struggling to find an alternative hotel.
