I had an exceptional experience at Swissôtel Shenyang thanks to the outstanding service provided by Shirley Shi, Gloria Dong, and the hotel’s conciege team (especially the one with the golden keys on his blazer (I cannot recall his name). Shirley and Gloria demonstrated remarkable professionalism, warmth, and genuine care throughout my stay—Shirley was attentive and proactive with every detail, while Gloria consistently went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The Golden Keys concierge also impressed me with his expertise and dedication, offering thoughtful recommendations and seamless assistance whenever needed. Their combined hospitality truly elevated my stay, and I am grateful for such excellent service. Highly recommended!

Swissôtel Shenyang is the most recommendable hotel I’ve stayed at in China so far. Its location is excellent—from the airport, you can reach the hotel directly by subway in about 50 minutes without any transfers. Even if you have a suitcase, you can use the elevator to get to the subway and travel safely and comfortably all the way to the hotel, so I highly recommend it. Eric, the concierge manager, is the nicest and best concierge I’ve ever met. Of course, all the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Even if there’s a language barrier, they do their best to understand your needs using translation tools and try to accommodate every request. If anyone is going to Shenyang, I strongly recommend staying at Swissôtel Shenyang.

This is a great hotel, and everyone is very friendly to me and my friends. The lobby is spacious, with a Christmas atmosphere and decorations. The restaurant has band performances and delicious food. The rooms are warm and spacious, and I can get everything I need. Although it's very cold in winter, the service staff are very enthusiastic. Next time I come to Shenyang, I will definitely stay here again.
