The hotel room and the breakfast room are good. I don’t expect brilliant English but I do expect them to know where the works heritage sites are in their city and they did not unfortunately and were very confused about the places even when I showed them pictures. Also I know google is not perfect in china but it takes you to the wrong place so it took me some time to find the hotel

We loved staying here, pity it was only for one night, with an early exit for a train.We arrived at Shenyangbei Station, looked at the basic directions we had, and realised it was literally across the road from the hotel. Such a relief, as we were dragging our cases. And so easy the next morning- a 1 minute walk into the station. Pleasant staff. A foyer to please the weary traveller. The room was lovely, the bed was soooo comfortable. Only complaint we have (and virtually all the hotels in China we stayed in had the same problem) was the cigarette smoke coming through the AC. Because it's in the banking district, it was quiet on the Sunday we were there.Good place to wander around for a look- shops across the road, and a Carrefour supermarket a block away. Didn't get to try the breakfast. Would definitely stay again- so convenient to the train station, and such a lovely hotel for its price.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were reasonably big with comfortable beds. Condition of toilet needs some upgrading cos some floor tiles there were crack. Room carpet needs some vacumming which I think they don't do daily. Room lights are a bit too dim for my liking. Very near the North Train Station which makes it a plus point if you were to take the train.
