Xining Xingwang Hotel

The service is really bad. The cleaner came inside my room without the permission. This is totally unacceptable. Anyway the hotel is new, room are big and bathroom is cleaned. Receptionist professional and able to speak English. The hotel is good bad the bad experience that happens with the cleaner, I cannot give a vote more than 2/5.

First of all: The rooms are very good and clean! I felt quite comfortable! There is not only Chinese breakfest available, but also western style. The Service is Chinese - English is very poor. But the staff tries to be very polite. One strange thing happened in the Lobby: You are not allowed having a beer there, although they sell it there themselfs and it's called an "International Hotel". After clarifying the situation like this everything was fine ... Valet parking direct in front of the building possible. Wifi crashed the first day, but was repaired after 24h. That's not their fault ...
