Best Western Xian Bestway Hotel

This is a really nice hotel with good sized, clean, well appointed rooms. The bed was comfortable, the wifi great and the ac not to noisy. There are plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was very good and I would stay here again.

Its far from city center (Bell tower). From bell tower to hotel bus no.35 will take 30-40 min. Not really clean. Reception was not speaking english. No fridge in room. This location is on new developing street i think soon it will be good location.

Its Apt. Hotel, good for business travelers not for leisure travelers. We group of 17 stayed for 02N, In this hotels they don’t allow to take coach infront of the hotel entrance, they stopped the bus on the road & its very difficult to drag the whole luggage to the lobby from the road, bellboy service is not available after 10pm. They don’t have any room service between 10pm to 7am, the day when we checked in the rooms, in 1 room toilet flush was not working so we called reception but they said we don’t have room service after 10pm so our person will come tomorrow after 7am to repair the flush……how anyone can survive whole night without using toilet…..? then I argued with reception staff & forced them to changed the room. Also hotel lobby was very small, people were smoking in the lobby, talking & laughing very loudly very ill mannered atmosphere.
