Fukai Hotel

The hotel provided us with a great location to explore the older part of Xi'an. The staff were very helpful even if english was not widely spoken.The breakfasts were delicious and the range of food very good.

I had booked a prepaid room and they basically gave away my room. They denied me ever having the reservation, even with my confirmation paper in hand. I asked to use their phone and they denied me from that! They proceeded to shun me and my party away and say that is was not "their" problem. Every single person behind the counter would not help us and treated us with the black plague. I have never experienced anything like this before. What a terrible hotel and service. We then after 2 HOURS, decided to go across the street and book into another nicer place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, THE PRICE IS CHEAP AND THE SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT!!
