I am rarely unhappy with a hotel stay, or any experiences but by the end of my 3 days stay here i was really annoyed. On the first night I received a call at 11pm from someone who could only speak Chinese asking me many questions. i kept telling them I didn't understand chinese (in Chinese) but they kept asking. I thought it was staff so eventually they asked about 1 person, so I said, two people (as my mum was staying with me). They asked something about beautiful so i said yes, its beautiful here (all in Chinese) After 1-2 hours I got 2 prostitutes showing up at my door and coming and seeing my mum sleeping before offering to go despite me telling them i didn't want anything and this wasn't correct. I received the 11pm calls again for the following two nights but I just hanged up. The 2nd night, at about 1am, we had someone walking around trying to open our door without knocking or anything. Luckily we had it locked with the additional lock. Then as we checked out, we got charged for using the tea they left for us in the hotel room. Finally, as they handed us our bags when we came back from a meal, they managed to pick up my laptop bag upside down and drop my new laptop on the floor, slightly damaging it. All this left me very annoyed, and I've been more than pleased with previous accommodation experiences involving slum-like conditions... Stay away from this place!

Stayed 2 days, 1 night and was unhappy from the beginning. After entering our room we found it to be quite dirty. Wallpaper peeling off wall, milldew in bathroom, no trap for bathroom sink so the room smelled like sewage, and worst of all, a toenail in our "clean" bed. Hotel staff does not speak any English except for the manager who was helpful. We received several phone calls during the night from women asking if I wanted a "massage" which disturbed my sleeping infant daughter. Overall a very bad experience, please learn from our mistake.
