Excellent location, 1 minute walk to the subway. The lane beside it leads directly to the Muslim Quarter, where lots of dining options are available for local food. There is a 24-hour Wei Restaurant (beside the subway station), which serves value-for-money warm food that comforts the stomach. The hotel's front desk staff service was excellent. They were very helpful and informative in guiding the directions from the hotel to Xi'an Bei Railway Station using the subway; avoiding the private car transfer in case of heavy morning and Qing Ming Festival long weekend traffic peak, congestion may affect travelling time to the destination. The allocated room on the 9th floor was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioning was weak, and still bearable. The bathroom was clean too. The breakfast spread is acceptable, I enjoyed their warm fresh soya bean milk the most. Enjoyed Xi'an!

I liked the very central location, the CLEANLINESS of the rooms. And the personnel were very very polite and courteous. I liked the hotel concierge Miss Spring Chang, she helped me with everything!
