Shangri-La

I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Xi’an. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I look forward to staying at Shangri-La Xi’an again on my next visit. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality.

We started to stay in other hotels and after one night we felt uncomfortable, the Shangri-La was temporarily changed, very satisfied, in my daughter's words: it felt like home. Special thanks to Miss Chan for her guest relations.
