Grand Mercure Sunshine

We were there in June for two nights. The staff does not speak a word of English, which makes communication difficult. The restaurant was closed in the evening, although it was said to open at 5:00 PM. Room service is only available until 9:00 PM. After 9:00 PM, there is no chance to get anything to eat at the hotel. The room was okay, a bit worn out. The Wi-Fi was very poor.

Room is in very good condition, well cleanliness and good logical elecrical switch right away. All facilities are very good except thought of no cooling condition for the air conditioner system. Weather is cold but room is hot for some person then makes too bad living. Open window is helpful to cool down room temperature - but should not be the way to manage under this hotel.

Terrible! The worst hotel I've ever stayed in! The service staff is not serious about their work, it's not like a grand Mercure at all, I suggest to remove the sign! I complained twice, but it really didn't work at all.
