A week-long Conference brought me to this room. Although the Conference was at another hotel, Nanjiao hotel was also used for the break-out sessions. Its size, the furniture, the expansive field and spacious rooms should make this a five star hotel. The beds were cozy, basic necessities were provided and replaced all the time. Bed sheets, towels and pillows are good as new. There are just some extra things that could use some improvement.
For one, most of the staff have difficulty understanding basic English. They usually had one staff who was good enough but just because there was a Conference. I would imagine that for other occasions it would not be the same. The lack of detail in cleaning was the biggest opportunity they could work on. Since the hotel is carpeted this is very important.
Try the dimsum soup during buffet breakfast, I always have two servings!!!
