Qingdao 52 Square Meter Apartment Hotel

Conveniently located to Carrefour, various shopping area, Olympic Sailing centre. Easy reach to other parts of Qingdao with public bus. Didn't have a very good shower spray though. The toilet bowl comes with a heater, make toilet trips more cosy during winter.

Rooms have only partial seaview and reek of cigarettes even though I've requested for non-smoking floor. I guess in China there's no such thing as non-smoking areas. Things inside the room are aged...Need overhaul. Lobby is on level 7. Ground floor lobby belongs to The 3rd Space... another hotel/service apartment. Hotel is walking distance to the Olympic Yacthing place and cab to anywhere is less than RMB15. Also walking distance to popular food street Yun Xiao Jie, where you find loads of seafood and BBQs.Popular names doesn't mean they are good. Nothing within the hotel. But as you come out, to the left is a shopping mall with supermarket, Starbucks, cafes, etc. To the right are 2 convenience stores and a Japanese bakery with good cheesecakes and coffee.

Good Location in QD Staff were Okay Not great value for money, the block and the rooms smell. Very Poor dirty carpet Useless kitchen with little to no equipment. hard to find even with a local taxi, reception on 7th floor with no access to building as its card entry only (secutiry just ignore you even though you are standing at the entrance with luggage (not a great start) You will find better value for money in QD
