Qingdao Fuxin Hotel

THE HOTEL WAS FROM 29.09 TO 06.10.2025. SEA VIEW ROOM- 18TH FLOOR. THE HOTEL EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT, FROM CHECKING IN TO CHECKING OUT. THE STAFF IS PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNICATIVE. THE ROOM IS EXCELLENT AND THE WASHING MACHINE AND MICROWAVE SUPPLEMENTED OUR STAY. BREAKFASTS ARE RICH WITH PLENTY OF DISHES AND GOOD QUALITY. LOCATION IN THE HEART OF QINGDAO, NEARBY SHOPPING MALLS, CAFES, MASSAGE PARLOURS, 24-HOUR SHOPS, SUBWAYS.

Clean hotel, kind of old, not a modern hotel, very big hotel, bathroom is renovated and new, but its cheap and is very clean, fast WiFi, has a coffee bar and restaurant, is two blocks away from a large shopping mall, easy to get Didi or Taxi, it is about 700 meter from subway

I arrived here on a work conference for just three nights and chose the hotel as the conference venue, the Shangri-la, was way too expensive for my budget. This turned into a great venue. it was a 10 min easy walk to the Shangri-la (via the mall if its raining), the hotel staff were fantastically helpful with maps, directions even with their limited English vocab and the breakfast was amazing. I love most food so the diversity of fresh Chinese cuisine was great (there was also more western foods like baked beans, toast, eggs etc if thats more your taste). My room was huge, very clean, with twin beds, TV, big bathroom, good shower, even a washing machine, heated toilet seat!, microwave and tea making facilities. I also had a great view of the city being on the 20th floor. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars was the noisy construction outside, but like most parts of China, you are never that far from some type of construction.
