宾馆在青岛第一海水浴场对面，步行几分钟就能到。现在去还不是合适的季节，要是夏天去就很好了。不过那是估计房间费也就上来了。现在的价格倒是便宜的不得了，比旺季要低很多。

离第一浴场很近，过条马路就到。有些房间能直接看海。远离闹市区很安静的一个地方。离名人故居小鱼山也很近，可步行到达。门口不远有公车直达八大关景区。总之，出游很方便
