Shangri-La Hotel Qingdao

We had another amazing stay at the Shangri-La. Having stayed here many times over the years, it continues to exceed our expectations. The facilities are excellent, with a great gym, beautiful pool, and outstanding service throughout the hotel. A special thank you to Anny Zhang, who made our stay even more memorable. Amy was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Her genuine warmth and attention to detail are a credit to the Shangri-La team. We look forward to returning again in October.

We had an amazing family holiday in Qingdao. Everyone in the hotel from reception to the fitness center, and the executive lounge were all so friendly. Anny, the front office manager provided the most amazing service to our family. The facilities were grand and spotless. Thank you!
