Sea View Garden

The hotel is in a sad state. It is quite natural that in all of Weihai the entire service is geared towards Chinese tourists and no one is particularly expecting Russians. But for our own sake, we need to at least repair this building, otherwise it will simply fall apart. The location of the hotel is excellent, across the road is the beach. The road is not particularly busy. During the hot season, the entire beach is lined with Chinese tents. The hotel does not have its own territory, no swimming pool, and access to a parking lot. Restaurant with Chinese food, menu in Chinese. Breakfast is normal, you can find something to eat. Rooms with old renovation, old furniture, old plumbing. Cleaning - trash is taken out daily and towels are changed. That's all.

The food is ok, the rooms also, but the people at the reception are very unfriendly and not professional. I will not recommand this hotel, not serious people and racist. The people of this hotel must be send to school again, not required in a good hotel, near to beach, but the personnel is the big problem

I stayed in a sea view room overlooking the bay and city skyline. It had a small balcony where you could enjoy the view from outside. It's a full service hotel with shops, restaurants, a spa, etc. But the rooms could use some updating/renovation. The beds were small and hard (by Western standards) and the carpeting and furnishings were old. I asked the service desk if they had softer mattresses and they did not; but they sent a housekeeper to add a couple duvets to the bed. The breakfast buffet is underwhelming and the fruit and juice selections were not fresh - in fact, I think the kiwi juice they served that week was fermenting. I visited in March, so maybe things are better during peak season.
