What a nice hotel from the moment in the front door. A beautiful welcoming reception area and highly efficient reception staff. A rapid check-in makes booking a hotel all more worthwhile. The bedroom: Had a comfortable (softish) bed and the air-con worked well. It was great to find our room with an internet connected PC complete with headset. The net speed was rather slow but who cares when on vacation? The complimentary slippers were of high quality. The Bathroom: Had a shower over bath. That was the only pitfall of this hotel room. It was very slippery getting in / out of the shower using the shower mat, dangerous without the mat. Care must be taken there!!! besides that, there was a hair-drier, a second phone if it rang while on the throne! and a very comprehensive toiletries collection for gratis. The smaller shower of the two shown in the pics was the working unit. The other was not connected, so it seemed. The View: Was onto the rooftop of the hotel, nothing exciting but then again, in China, it never is and that is ok. The room was very quiet. A great hotel that we would certainly stay again in the future.
