considering its prices and tourist inflow it could have been a very better hotel , But seems the hotel is not at all intrested , old model TVs , unrenovated old type rooms , despite good view from the room , Hotel in the middle of nowhere , Even u get down to luziashui metro station you have to burn atleast 25 to 28 rmb to reach this hotel ,in shanghai if metro is far from hotel everything is bad , also the room service is poor noone understands english and they start laughing , the hotel lift entry is so poor as its on the back of lobby with a partial view of mad kitchen when you enter , this could be the worst option if you talk about breakfast they serve cold toooo bad breakfast --- the worst ever in china in last 14 yrs , not only the serve is cold but also tasteless , full of OIL , even every chinese complain about it , they dont even have any sanwich toaster or even one single international item for food , ! worst food ever , even must spend 25 rmb to shanghai expo centre never book this hotel its in middle of residences with no store nearby at all

It wasnt the worst, but it wasnt the best..so Ill just say it was okay. First, if you dont speak a little Mandarin (Chinese) then you need to stick to the bigger chain hotels, luckily I had a translator. The beds felt like i was sleeping on box springs, and they dont have non smoking rooms, so I inhaled the light scent of cigarette smoke every night. The room walls are marked and scratched up. Pros: no roaches, cheap rates, free breakfast and dinner (not really that tasty) and internet excess
