The staff was very comfortable and communicated in English. The rooms are well managed compared to the party. Children's slippers and toothbrushes are kept separately. They are used well, and there's not much breakfast, but both Chinese and Western food are well arranged.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pullman Shanghai Central. All team members demonstrated the authentic Pullman's way of hospitality, attentive, polite and efficient. The guest room is well-maintained, spotlessly clean with great sound insulation. Centrally located in Huangpu District, convenient for dining and sightseeing. Every thoughtful touch reflects meticulous service. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Shanghai.
