GreenTree Inn Jingan

You can find just about all your travelers' needs satisfied in this neighborhood: it's close to a subway stop on the best line for sightseeing, there's a China rail ticket service nearby, it's a short walk to the airport shuttle bus, and there are Western-style coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, convenience stores and ATMs all around this hotel. The hotel itself is clean, affordable and safe. Nothing 5-Star about it, but it is a welcome and comfortable place after a long journey. As with virtually all hotels in China, it REALLY helps if you know some Chinese!

The hotel is well located. 5 minutes walk to the Jing'an temple & metro rail station. A lot of restaurants & stores nearby. The room is old fashioned.. nothing great about the room. Reception staff does not speak English. But the manager can speak good English & was helpful. It was an OK stay. The only difficulty we had was that our flight was at 7.00 AM & the airport was about 30 minutes by taxi from the hotel. The hotel had no facility to arrange taxi for its guest & we were supposed to get a taxi from the street.

+ Location is great + Wifi works well - Staff not helpful - Rooms are often not clean - Hallway is rundown - Slow check in -Overpriced when using booking.com or agoda. The best part about this hotel is the wifi and location.
