Sudah aku rapikan dan perbaiki grammar tanpa mengubah makna: The worst hotel service I’ve ever experienced, especially from the receptionist named “Lucky Li”. We booked a room with an extra bed, but unfortunately we were given a room with a broken air conditioner. At first, we thought it just needed time to cool down since it had just been turned on. However, after an hour, the room was still hot. We decided to call the reception. A man answered and offered to send us a fan to help cool the room. We accepted the fan. A technician also came to check the AC settings and said there was no issue. After a while, the fan didn’t help at all. We started to feel suffocated due to the lack of proper air circulation, so we called the reception again. This time, the man agreed to move us to a new room. When we called again to confirm that the new room would include an extra bed, a woman answered. She introduced herself as “Lucky Li”. She refused to give us a new room and instead offered another fan. I called again to request a room change, and she responded with an annoyed sigh. We then went downstairs to speak directly with the reception. We requested a new room again. “Lucky Li” called someone (possibly a technician or housekeeping) and informed them that we wanted to move. The worst part was that she joked on the phone, saying we should carry the extra bed ourselves. She assumed we didn’t understand her language. We felt very offended because she treated guests like a joke. I confronted her, but she denied everything we clearly heard. Eventually, she gave us a new room and told us to go upstairs and wait outside. We packed our bags and waited outside the new room for quite some time, but no one came or did anything. So we went downstairs again to ask for the key card. This time, a man helped us, and we finally received the new room key. As we walked away, she continued talking badly about us behind our backs. We shouted at her to make her stop. She clearly had no manners. When we entered the new room, the air was fresh, and the AC worked perfectly without needing to wait. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED.

You should avoid this hotel. The rooms are old and dirty the shower is full of mold and everywhere there are long black hairs (and they were not ours). Breakfast is chaos and way too busy so everything is always gone. Also, the hotel is far too far from the city. Do you have a choice? Then don't!!

We booked this hotel on the night before my sister's wedding so that the guests will come from one pick up point. The choices for breakfast were just right for the price: noodles, egg, breads, salads, drinks/coffee, cereal, hash brown, nuggets, and yogurt. The choices are quite similar to that of other Holiday Inn Express hotels. Checkin and checkout are quick. The points of inconvenience for this stay are the one keycard policy, the aircon, and the toiletries. The keycard was needed for the elevator so if someone will be left in the room, we must improvise and use another card for the power. You need to inform the front desk that you need aircon and not heater, which we only found out after one night. The liquid soap,shampoo, and conditioner come in containers locked to the bathroom, which have been used by previous occupants, so we asked for new ones. We also had to ask several times for toothbrush and toothpaste.
