I had a bad experience with this hotel. Unprepared staff (the best employee was by far the robot), inconsistent information, varied prices for the same service. I booked with breakfast, but when I arrived at the restaurant I was informed that it was not included. I asked to include breakfast in the diary, but they asked to increase my security deposit by 1000 reais. At the restaurant, the attendant requested payment by personal transfer, not on the restaurant machine. Honestamente? I noticed that they noticed that I didn't speak Chinese and tried to pass my leg. I was very disappointed with this hotel.

Suitable dimmable light-control. + 2 free bottles of water daily. ++ Good level of English. ++ Good choice for breakfast. ++ Excellent service. - Dirty carpet (old stains). - A crack and slightly peeling plaster on the ceiling in the shape of a cross (D=20cm). - Long-time usage stains on the bath wall. -- Problems with the toilet flush system. -- Periodically repeating quiet sound (every 20-30 sec) from the air conditioning system similar to whistling snoring from the next room. Global problem. -- Renovation required!
