Intercontinental Ruijin

Unfortunately, I was given a worse room than the one I’d booked. I’d booked a Premium Garden room but was given a Standard room in an annexe. Let’s see how the discussion goes at check-out. Breakfast is OK. However, it’s only served until 10.00 am. The grounds are lovely. The pool seems rather out of place. It’s hardly ever used. It’s quite a long walk around the grounds.

Beautiful hotel, stayed for 3 nights following return from a cruise and pre Beijing trip. Rooms beautiful, and bed one of the comfiest ever had in an hotel; only thing was the food was not great. Had a breakfast and evening meal, which left a lot to be desired and following the stay at a holiday inn express, in my opinion let it down. We dined in the hotel buffet restaurant so wasn’t expecting great things, but it let it down for us. Decided to eat out , lots of options nearby. Central location with lovely gardens

We stayed at the club international rooms, and our experience was splendid! We have to highlight the delicious food and impeccable service at the club international lounge as well.
