with breath taking views of the lake, the intercontinental is well kept, beautifully appointed and got everything right. the rooms look and feel luxurious, the facilities are great too. This is a great option for anyone visiting suzhou

Excellent service from Xue Xiangyin. Staff were always very attentive and polite. Service was quick. Breakfast buffet has everything you needed and good quality.

We only spent one night here on an AVG tour and could not fault this hotel. Our room was modern and comfortable. We had an excellent sleep and the buffet breakfast was delicious. The staff were excellent and the hotel is very impressive. My husband checked out the pool and said it was huge. The gardens were beautiful and would be perfect for taking photos for a wedding. I wish we could have stayed longer.
