Jin Jiang Park Hotel

Yes, the hotel has a charming flair and you can explore a lot on foot. We were there for 10 days and noticed a lot. Unfortunately, music only plays for 1 hour in the lobby bar. Nice background music all evening would have been nice. We would have liked to have had a drink there more often, but it was just too boring for us in the end. And the bartender also often did not notice that new guests were arriving. The breakfast buffet was great. However, the room was much too cold for us. There were also many large tables for 10 people. So there was a daily struggle for the small tables, since there were many couples and singles there. That would be a task for management, to exchange the tables. The two receptionists, Chen Ying & the breakfast manager, Mr. Meng Ge Ping were super friendly and welcomed us with a smile. Likewise, all the room/cleaning ladies were very friendly. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the rest of the staff in the breakfast service and the doormen. No greeting, no smile...you would think they are still sleeping. But that is also a matter for management, who should train the employees properly. That is a shame, as the hotel is really very charming.

Wonderful historic hotel right in the city centre within walking distance to many attractions. Direct metro train to/from airport which is incredibly convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Beautiful Art Deco foyer. The rooms are a little dated and small, but comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel

A good safe choice of hotel very centrally located at People's square. Staff are very friendly and very good buffet breakfast. Spacious rooms however the ensuits are a little small and the sensor toilet seat is a bit annoying. Would stay again
