i like to stay at this hotel when i come in shanghai for a long period, the rooms are little bit dated and could be better maintained but overall the hotel is ok and good for the price. it s located near nanpu bridge and nanpu bridge subway station wich is good to travel around and it s just a few mweters away from the cloth market

Fun location. Old Shanghai. Be sure to go under the bridge into the fabric district and have a suit or shirt made. I paid $108.00 USD for a tailored suit which turned out great. $7.50 for a tailored maid shirt.
