British Airways......BA has gone to the dogs. Seats far too close together and no longer recline at all. Bolt upright for the whole journey and no legroom. Hostess came around with a drinks and food menu that you have to pay for. To cap it all the confiscated ALL WHEELED CARRY ON LUGGAGE. It is made worse by Business Class passengers being allowed to take theirs on. I emptied my laptop and work papers and gave him an almost empty bag to check in... so tired and cross... BA before covid was my very favourite airline for over 40 years, I now put Air France ahead of them and that is really saying something. AVOID BAlike the pkague, the new owners (Spanish budget airline I think) are taking it down the toilet quickly and they must be rin by accountants. Rant over .... ZERO STARS BA. Never using you again. Rant over... Anyone else feel the same?
